About Grace

Grace Vista is a seasoned luxury real estate broker, brokerage owner, and Realtor. With over 20 years of experience in real estate sales and management, Grace brings a wealth of knowledge, complemented by her background as a marketing director for several corporations. She earned her MBA from the University of Baltimore in 2001 and obtained her real estate license in 2004.

In 2014, Grace launched Vista Florida Realty, an independent brokerage in Melbourne, Florida, which she led to consistent growth in both agent count and sales revenue over six years. Under her leadership, Vista Florida became one of the leading independent agencies in its market. In 2020, Grace sold and merged her company with a top Florida luxury brand, where Grace served as the Regional Manager Broker, while continuing to provide exceptional service to her many clients.

Today, Grace is proud to be the owner/broker of NextHome Coastal Vista, conveniently located in Melbourne, Florida. Grace loves her job and take great care of her clients, when listing, marketing and selling their homes, with unmatched technology, market reach and innovative advertising and promotion. 

In her spare time, Grace loves to look at houses in other markets, travel, and spend time with her family, friends and her beloved multiple pets.
